Strategy

  • To recruit socially disadvantaged individuals as clients, who are willing to transform themselves and reintegrate into the society and achieve financial stability.

  • To leverage partnerships with our stakeholders to sustain our mission through their provisions of financial and volunteer assistance.

  • To create and refine a holistic immersion training program that nurtures the spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of our clients.

  • To enable our clients to fully engage in our holistic immersion training program without becoming encumbered by basic survival needs, i.e. food and shelter.

  • To provide a safe place with free food and shelter for six months

  • To cultivate a strong, dedicated network of mentors during and after program participation.

  • To encourage and expose a wide variety of Christian volunteers to the clients, representing unconditional love, acceptance and servant hood.

  • To motivate the clients to complete all phases of the program.

  • To encourage the clients to share lessons learned from the "school of hard knocks" with elementary and high school students
